pool repairSwimming pools are so much fun for people of all ages.  There is nothing better than relaxing poolside and going for a swim.  But it is very important that your pool is in good shape.  Pool repair is something that should not be put off.  It is very critical to keep your pool well maintained, so everyone can stay safe.  At S & H Pools, we care about your safety and can help you with all your pool repairs.  If you are not sure what problems indicate a need for a repair, here are a few things to look for:

  • Damaged pool liner.  It is usually recommend that pool liners be replaced every 8-10 years. If your pool liner is cracking, it really should be replaced.  In addition to cracking, also watch out for fading, wrinkling, discoloration, and stains.
  • Problems with your pump.  If you notice the water is dingy or dirty, it usually means you have a problem with your pump.
  • Your pool is leaking.  Leaking pools are a common pool repair.  If you notice that you need to add water to your pool a lot more often, chances are you probably have a leak. Leaks can end up costing you a lot of money if they are not repaired. You will spend a lot more on water and pool chemicals.
  • Your pool filter is always dirty.  If you are replacing your filter more than once a month, it could indicate a problem.  Clean water is necessary for the health and safety of your swimmers.

If you have any of these problems, call us at S & H Pools.  We have been keeping pools in great shape since 1974.  Our experienced professionals will take care of all your pool repairs, so you can safely enjoy your swimming pool.
